Do you want to try yoga?

Sometimes theres nothing quite like getting out there and having  a go of something to really know what its like. We welcome you to come and try a couple of our classes and get a feel for the different styles. Are you a seasoned yogi or yogini? come and join us we welcome you to try our classes.


Do you have some questions?

Are you a bit unsure of what to expect? These feelings are very normal when you embark on something new. Pop us an email, sms or give us a call to say 'hello' and let us know you are out there, we would love to have a chat and tell you a bit about what we offer and help you find a class that suits you.


Are you new to blue lotus yoga?

Let us make a few suggestions to help you ease into your practice. Give your digestion a nice rest before class ideally 90mins-2hours so you will feel more comfortable in your practice. Its normal that if you are new to stretching and your body is not used to it sometimes the sensations can be uncomfortable. Don't worry we are here to help. Let us know how you are getting on in the posture, we can offer suggestions and support. But generally over time your body will get used to stretching as the practice becomes more familiar. If this sounds like you then be particularly patient and kind, go easy with yourself and most important keep your practice regular.


Expecting a baby or planning for one?

Or perhaps you have a baby in arms? Our Pre & Post natal yoga (Pregnancy Yoga + Mama&Baby) classes encourage strengthening of the body, mind and spirit as one embarks on their journey of parenthood. In fact both you and your partner will benefit from rejuvenating and taking time out for yourselves helping you find quiet in mind and soothing body aches and tensions. It can be hard to find time for you, which is exactly why it is important to do it!


Our studio

Has a supply of mats and props which are available to use at no extra cost. Of course you are welcome to bring your own. So all you need is to be dressed in comfortable loose clothing or activewear, bring your water bottle and join us on the mat!
