Beginners Yoga Workshop - 5 week course

Beginners Yoga Course is great for those wanting to embark on the yoga path and find out what all this yoga stuff is really about. Just as great for those returning to their practice after a break to immerse yourself back into the path, and for those experienced yogi's that want to check back in with the foundations of their practice

We highly value a safe practice and we want you to too. The body is a temple and we only have one. Best to worship your temple with understanding. Strengthen it with knowledge. Offer it your friendship.

This course focuses on the fundamentals and foundations of yoga postures.  It looks at Anatomy and physiology relative to the asana's we explore, and to the uniqueness of each group. We touch on the background and history of yoga, what it is about, why and how we do it, and how you can use and customise the practice to suit your physical, emotional and mental needs from day-to-day.

Over 5 weeks we meet every Sunday for 90 mins. Each session is a workshop where by you build upon from the last.  You will be given homework each week and the opportunity to discuss homework and various other questions that arise for you when we re-group at each session.
