This is one of THE most common excuses we hear all the time! It just simply is not true. The only flexibility you need to do yoga is a flexible mind that is open to trying new things, realising that WE ALL have physical limitations & boundaries, and a mind open to exploring what you can do. There is something for every body in yoga.
No need to book
Our classes are run on a drop-in/casual basis so you can come along whenever you like. The only ones that require booking are our courses & workshops which will be marked in our timetable with an asterix.
