Pregnancy yoga as well as preparing you mentally and emotionally for birthing your baby can also soothe away pregnancy strains and discomforts, calm your mind and nerves as you tap into your body's wisdom, build physical and mental strength and clarity and realise that your body and soul was built for this journey. Tammy is passionate about encouraging you to realise that you are ready for this. Trust your body, trust the process, use these skills to get you there.

Yoga for Pregnancy | Now runs with the school term in 4 or 5 week cycles. No classes on public holidays and course prices reflect as such.

You can buy into course and from 35 weeks attend casually.
