Mum's/Parent & Baby Yoga course starts Tuesday 10th October 2017
We would love to welcome you and your baby to join us in exploring the art & practice of yoga to help recover, renew, restore & strengthen your way back into a new transformational part of your life.

Mum's/Parent & Baby yoga courses run each term. Spaces are limited to maintain an intimate and sacred space. Suitable for babies-in-arms to pre-walking this course is a rejuvenating yin (feminine) energy healing space for those who are post-partum, &/or providing care to a baby. The course will provide you to be suitable challenged while honouring giving you the space and encouragement to honour your cycles & seasons.
