Mum's/Parent & Baby Yoga course
...to help guide you through the myriad prism of learning to birth a new you as mother and guide you open-heartedly as you grow into your new parenting self.
Our Amazing yoga teacher and mum Linda Hollenberg offers her skills to nurture your soul, strengthen your body and stretch away tension and tightnesses using yogic techniques and asanas. Recover and increase your pelvic floor, abdominal and back strength, while releasing aches and pains from breastfeeding, carrying and poor posture.
Our Mum's and Bub course run in line with the school term for 10-weeks gathering each Tuesday 10.30-11.30am at Yoga Shala in Kalamunda. Join us to use yoga for your postpartum recovery with like-minded mums and bubs in our community.

Spaces are limited to maintain an intimate and sacred space. Suitable for babies-in-arms to pre-walking this course is a rejuvenating yin (feminine) energy healing space for those who are post-partum, &/or providing care to a baby. The course will provide you to be suitable challenged while giving you the space and encouragement to honour your cycles & seasons.
